The reward most players feel week to week is our slots cashback. You get 10% of your weekly slots losses back, up to £5,000 per week. It is worked out on slots play, so table games and live tables sit outside it.

The maths is simple. If your slots play over the week leaves you £400 down, the cashback is £40. If you finish the week £1,800 down, it is £180. The £5,000 ceiling is the most cashback any single week can pay, however large the losses behind it.
Cashback follows slots play only
If you want a week's play to count towards cashback, keep it on slots. Roulette, blackjack, baccarat and our live tables are a different part of the library and are not part of the 10% weekly calculation.
The rewards that come round every week

Free Spins and Free Bets both have a short shelf life: 7 days from the moment they are credited, after which anything unused is forfeited. The good news is on the other side of them, because winnings from Free Spins and from Free Bets are paid to your cash balance with no wagering attached.

The terms you work with when you claim a reward
Most questions about rewards come down to four things: the stake cap, the clock, the activation step and the shape of a Free Bet. Here they are together.

Two more points are worth knowing. Cash-out is not available on a bet placed with a Free Bet. And if a Free Bet wager is voided or cancelled, the Free Bet is credited back to you with its original expiry date rather than a fresh 7 days.
Activate first, deposit second
Where a reward is tied to a deposit, it has to be activated in the Cashier before that deposit is made. It cannot be applied once the money has landed. Some promotions also ask for a bonus code during the deposit, which the Cashier prompts you for.
Rewards are for one account per player. Duplicate or third-party accounts, and automated systems such as scanners or bots, are not allowed, and bets or bonuses linked to them can be voided or reclaimed.

How long do I have to use a reward?
Seven days from the moment it is credited. That applies to bonus funds, Free Spins and Free Bets, and anything unused at the end of those 7 days is forfeited.

Can I split a Free Bet across several wagers?
