Accepting these terms and how they change
These terms apply to your account with Great Slots Casino and to every deposit, game and offer you use on this site. By opening an account or placing a deposit, you confirm that you have read them and agree to be bound by them.
We may update these terms, for example when the law, our games or our payment methods change. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Where a change affects your rights, we will tell you by e-mail or by a message in your account before it takes effect. Using your account after that point means you accept the update; if you would rather not, you can close your account and withdraw your balance once any checks are complete.
Our privacy policy, cookie notice and the terms of any offer you join form part of this agreement. Where the rules of a particular game or promotion differ from this page, those rules apply to that game or promotion.
Eligibility and your account
Who can open an account
- You are aged 18 or over. Underage gambling is an offence, and we check the age of every customer.
- You live in the United Kingdom and access the site from a place where online gambling is lawful.
- You are acting for yourself, in your own name, and not for another person or a business.
- You are not self-excluded from us and not registered with a national self-exclusion scheme.
- The money you deposit is your own and lawfully held.
One account per person
You may hold one account only. Where we find duplicate accounts, or an account opened in someone else's name, we may close them, remove bonus funds and any winnings from those funds, and return the balance you deposited once our checks are complete.
The details on your account
Your name, date of birth, address, e-mail and payment details must be accurate and your own. Keep them up to date in your account settings, or tell us at support@casino-greatslots.co.uk if something changes. We may restrict an account while we look into details that appear to be wrong.
Keeping your login safe
Your password and any security codes are personal to you. Do not share them or let anyone else play on your account. You are responsible for activity carried out with your login unless it results from a failure on our side, and you should tell us straight away if you think someone else has your details.
Verification, deposits and withdrawals
We hold a gaming licence, which means we are required to know who our customers are. We carry out age, identity and address checks, and we may ask you for documents at any time.
Checks before your first withdrawal
Verification must be complete before we pay your first withdrawal. We may ask you for the following documents.
- Photo identification that shows your name and your date of birth.
- A recent document that confirms the address held on your account.
- Confirmation that the payment method you used belongs to you.
Under-18s cannot gamble
If an account holder turns out to be under 18, stakes are returned and any winnings are void. Where a check cannot be completed, we may hold a withdrawal or limit play until the matter is settled.
Source-of-funds checks
Where we are required to, we will ask about the source of the money you deposit and for evidence to support it. This is a legal obligation that applies to licensed operators, and we may pause deposits or withdrawals until we have what we need.
Paying in and cashing out
- The methods available to you, the minimum and maximum amounts and the usual processing times are shown in the cashier.
- Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name; we do not accept third-party payments.
- Where possible we return withdrawals to the method you deposited with, and we will agree an alternative with you where that cannot be done.
- A withdrawal may be held while verification or other checks are pending, or while bonus funds are still being wagered.
- Your account is not a bank account. We pay no interest on balances, and the account may not be used to pass money to anyone else.
If a game or a payment is affected by an error or malfunction, the affected bets are void, and we may correct the balance or recover an amount credited by mistake.
Bonuses and promotions
Offers are optional, and each one carries its own terms, published with the offer. Those terms usually cover the points below.
- A wagering requirement, together with the games that count towards it and the rate at which they count.
- A maximum stake that applies for as long as bonus funds are in play.
- An expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and the winnings from them are removed.
- A cap on the amount of bonus winnings that can be converted into withdrawable balance.
- Who can take part, for example customers making a qualifying deposit or a first deposit only.
Please use offers as they are meant to be used. Extra accounts, low-risk betting patterns designed only to clear a wagering requirement, acting together with other customers and prohibited software all count as abuse of a promotion. Where we find it, we may cancel the offer, remove bonus funds and the winnings from them, and close the account; your own deposited money stays yours.
You can switch promotional messages off at any time in your account settings, or ask us to stop them at support@casino-greatslots.co.uk.
Safer gambling, and closing or suspending an account
Gambling should stay affordable and under your control. This site is for adults aged 18 and over, and the following tools sit in your account.
- Deposit limits, which you can set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Loss and spend limits, along with reality checks that show how long you have been playing.
- A time-out, which locks the account for a short cooling-off period of your choosing.
- Self-exclusion, which closes the account for a longer fixed period and stops promotional contact.
A reduction in a limit applies as soon as you set it, while an increase takes effect only after the cooling-off period shown in your account. Self-exclusion cannot be lifted early. You can also exclude yourself from licensed online gambling sites in Great Britain through GamStop, and free, confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
Closing or suspending an account
You can close your account at any time in your account settings or by writing to support@casino-greatslots.co.uk, and we will return any withdrawable balance once checks are complete. We may also suspend or close an account where the law requires it, where the account has been inactive for the period shown in your account, or where these terms have been breached. If we close an account for a breach, we return your own funds but may keep bonus funds and winnings linked to the breach, and we will explain the decision.
Complaints, liability and governing law
Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us. Write to support@casino-greatslots.co.uk with your username and what happened, or use the live chat on the site. We will confirm that we have your complaint, look into it and reply within a reasonable time, keeping you posted if it takes longer.
If we cannot agree
You can take an unresolved complaint to an independent dispute resolution service at no cost to you. The provider we use, and the way to contact them, are set out in our complaints information on the site. Their decision does not affect your legal rights.
Our liability
We look after the site carefully, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own breach of these terms, by your device or internet connection, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply, and nothing on this page affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
