Betting and Game Rules
This page sets out the rules that apply to the games on your account with us: how bets and spins are settled, what happens if a round is interrupted, and the rules that apply while a bonus is active. Read it together with our Terms & Conditions and the help screen inside each game.

General rules that apply to all play
These rules apply to every bet, spin and round placed on your account with us. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and the rules of each individual game, which are shown in that game's help screen.
We hold a gaming licence for the games we offer, and we verify account details before play continues and before withdrawals are paid. Our games are for adults aged 18 or over only.
One account per player
You may hold one account only, registered in your own name and used only by you. Play must be for your own benefit and funded from a payment method in your own name. If bets are placed from duplicate accounts, or by someone other than the registered account holder, those bets and any winnings from them may be voided.
Real-money and bonus balances
Your balance may hold real money and bonus funds at the same time. The order in which the two are used is shown in the cashier and in the terms of the offer you have taken. While a bonus is active, the bonus terms apply to your play until the bonus has been completed, converted or removed.
Bets are final once placed
Once you confirm a stake and the round starts, the bet stands. We cannot cancel, change or refund a bet because of a misclick, a change of mind, a stake level you did not intend, or an autoplay setting you left running.
Check your stake before you spin
Autoplay repeats the same stake until the stop conditions you set are reached. Set those conditions, and the deposit limits shown in your account, before a long session.
How bets and spins are settled
Every outcome is produced on the game server, not on your device. The result recorded on the server is the result that stands, even if your screen briefly shows something different because of a display error, a slow connection or a page that has not refreshed.
Each game's own rules and paytable decide what counts as a win and how much it pays. Free spins awarded inside a game, bonus rounds, multipliers and jackpot triggers are settled by those rules.
Each game shows its theoretical return to player (RTP). That figure describes the average return over a very large number of rounds, not what any single session will return.
| What applies | Where you can see it |
|---|---|
| Bet options and game rules | The help screen inside each game |
| Winning combinations and payouts | The game's paytable |
| Theoretical return to player (RTP) | The game's help or information screen |
| Settled rounds and round IDs | The game history in your account |
| Stake limits and your balance | The game screen and the cashier |
Your game history records each settled round with its stake and outcome. If a round appears there but your balance does not match, contact us and we will check it against the server record.
Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, its software or the systems it runs on do not work as intended, the affected round and any amount it appeared to pay are void, and the stake for that round is returned to your balance.
If you are disconnected part-way through a round, the round is not lost. When you next open the game it either resumes at the point you left it or is settled automatically using the result already recorded on the server, with any winnings credited to your balance.
Where a round cannot be completed at all, for example because a game is withdrawn, the stake for that round is returned.
- Reopen the same game before starting anything new, so an unfinished round can resume or settle.
- Check your game history and balance once the game has reloaded.
- Do not keep betting in a game you believe is not working correctly.
- Contact us with the game name and the time of the round if the outcome still looks wrong.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and any other promotional credit are governed by the terms of the offer you accepted, together with the promotional rules in our Terms & Conditions. Those terms set the wagering requirement, the time you have to meet it and the games that count towards it.
- Maximum bet. While wagering is outstanding, a maximum stake per round applies. Rounds placed above it may not count towards wagering, and winnings from them may be removed.
- Game contributions. Games contribute at different rates and some are excluded; the rates are shown with each offer.
- One bonus at a time. Unless an offer says otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account.
- Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins have an end date, and anything still unwagered at that point is removed.
- Giving up a bonus. You can forfeit an active bonus in your account, which removes the bonus funds and the winnings attached to them.
Where play during a bonus is arranged only to clear wagering with little risk, such as equal stakes covering opposite outcomes of the same table round, we may void the bonus and any winnings from it.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and run to the rules shown in each table's help screen. The dealer's call at the table, and the result recorded by the table system, decide the round.
Bets must be placed inside the betting window. Chips placed after betting is closed, or that do not register before the window ends, are not accepted and are returned to your balance while the round continues for everyone else.
- Table minimum and maximum stakes, which are shown at each table.
- Side bets, which have their own paytables and their own house edge.
- Rules that differ between tables of the same game, such as how the dealer draws or how a tie is paid.
- Inactivity rules, which may release your seat if you do not place a bet for several rounds.
If a dealing error occurs, such as a card exposed in error or a ball that does not settle, the dealer or host may declare the round void. Stakes for a void round are returned.
Queries about a round, and safer gambling
If you think a round has settled incorrectly, use the live chat on the site or e-mail support@casino-greatslots.co.uk. So that we can trace the round on the server, please include:
- The game name, as it appears in your game history.
- The date and time of the round, with your time zone.
- The round or game ID shown in your game history.
- The stake and the outcome you saw, and what you expected instead.
We check the round against the server record and come back to you with what that record shows. While a query is open, please avoid further play in the same game.
If our answer does not settle the matter, our Complaints Policy sets out the next steps, including the alternative dispute resolution service open to you at no cost.
Staying in control
Our games are for players aged 18 or over. You can set deposit and session limits, take a time-out or self-exclude in your account at any time. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop allows you to exclude yourself from licensed online gambling sites in Great Britain.
